Shipping & Lead Times
CNA Fabrication products are built for real use, and many of our parts are produced in small batches or made to order. Because of that, shipping times can vary depending on the product, material availability, current production workload, and whether the item requires fabrication, finishing, or special packaging.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible while making sure every product is built, packed, and shipped correctly.
Order Processing
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
Built-to-order, small-batch, or fabricated products may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated lead times are listed on individual product pages whenever possible.
If you need a product by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and timing.
Built-to-Order Products
Many CNA Fabrication products are made in limited runs or built after an order is placed. This allows us to offer specialized components without mass-producing inventory that may not fit every builder’s needs.
Built-to-order products may include items such as:
- Jeepster frames and chassis components
- Suspension brackets and link mounts
- Bumpers
- Armor
- Custom or special-order parts
- Large fabricated assemblies
Lead times can vary depending on the product and current shop schedule. If a product has a longer lead time, we will do our best to communicate that clearly before or after your order is placed.
Shipping Large or Heavy Parts
Some CNA Fabrication products are large, heavy, or awkward to package. Items such as frames, bumpers, armor, fenders, and large fabricated parts may require extra handling, oversized packaging, or freight shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and carrier requirements.
For oversized or freight items, we may contact you after checkout to confirm shipping details, delivery requirements, or additional shipping costs if needed.
Freight Shipping
Large items may need to ship by freight carrier rather than standard parcel service.
Freight shipments may require:
A commercial delivery address
Forklift access or a loading dock
Liftgate service
Delivery appointment coordination
Additional handling time
If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you with details before the order ships.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in the Reno, Nevada area by appointment only.
If you are local and would like to pick up your order, please contact us before placing your order or reply to your order confirmation email so we can coordinate pickup details.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product before discarding any materials. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Shipping damage claims may require photos of:
- The outside of the package
- Damaged areas of the packaging
- The product inside the package
- Shipping labels
- Any visible product damage
Missing or Incorrect Items
If something is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will review the order and work with you to correct the problem.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once an order leaves our shop, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.
CNA Fabrication is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, missed delivery appointments, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
