Whether your original Jeepster frame is rusted beyond repair, cracked from decades of trail abuse, or you're starting a ground-up custom build, the CNA Jeepster Frame provides the strength, flexibility, and modern packaging the factory frame never could.

This frame isn't simply a replacement—it's a complete redesign engineered from the ground up around modern drivetrain packaging, linked suspension geometry, and a true flat-belly chassis. Every frame is built from CNC laser-cut and formed steel components, creating a strong, repeatable foundation designed for years of hard off-road use.

Unlike the narrow factory frame, the CNA Jeepster Frame features a widened center section specifically designed around a flat-belly chassis. The additional width allows modern transfer cases to be clocked flat while providing the space needed for modern drivetrain packaging. The result is increased ground clearance, improved underbody protection, and a cleaner chassis layout.

Each frame is built to order and can be configured for your specific project. The standard frame includes the center body mounts while leaving most brackets off, allowing you to position engine mounts, suspension, and drivetrain components exactly where your build requires them. It's also designed to integrate with our growing lineup of Jeepster chassis components, including our Subframe Link Kit and other CNC Fabrication products.
